[TYPO3] sr_feuser_regiser local language not work

I am new in typo3 .I have installed sr_feuser_register.I work well. I 
want to it in local language like german itali, frech, arabic.
for this i have setup in TS

  English language, sys_language_uid = 0
   [globalVar = GP:L = 0]
   config.sys_language_uid = 0
   config.language = en
   config.locale_all = en_EN
   plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._DEFAULT_PI_VARS.lang = 0
   plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG = en
   [global]

# Arabic language, sys_language_uid = 1
   [globalVar = GP:L =1]
   config.sys_language_uid = 1
   config.language = ar
   config.locale_all = ar_AR
   plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._DEFAULT_PI_VARS.lang = 1
   plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._LOCAL_LANG = ar
   [global]

# German language, sys_language_uid = 2
   [globalVar = GP:L = 2]
   config.sys_language_uid = 2
   config.language = de
   config.locale_all = de_DE
   plugin.tx_srfeuserregister._DEFAULT_PI_VARS.lang = 2

But it not work .Please help me
