[TYPO3] Cannot give backend groups access to Questionaire (pbsurvey)?

Hi Bing,

This has nothing to do with pbsurvey but the limitations of the 
be-usergoup table.
After a certain amount of entries it's "full".
Solution: make a second group pe "pbsurvey" and add here the "lost" 
properties.
