[TYPO3] RealURL and iso

I found the problem.
I filled the languages tjech, slovak, polski and hungarian without 
setting $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8';.
So everything is written wrong to the database. So i have to fill these 
four languages all again.

Or not...?
