[TYPO3] utf-8 Problems with TS-templates

Hi all,

I did a roolback, because I couldn't figure out problem.
The db-data wasn't the problem (tt_content, tt_news).
The problem was - I think -  that the TS and HTML-Templates were
rendered/converted twice somehow...
