[TYPO3] Re-rendering the website menu

Hi list,

I have setup a non admin user and everything works except the website's
menu. When a page is renamed with the account the menu updates if you
click on the link in the FE. However, when I add a new page with the
account I can't get it to update the menu in all the pages. Is there a
way for a non admin to refresh the menu without setting
options.clearCache.pages = 1 and options.clearCache.all = 1 in the TS
field?
