[TYPO3] Updating extensions

Hi,
is it possible to check the installed extensions against the
repository and see if there are any new versions? I know that you can
check all extensions and then just go through the ones you have
installed. But is it also possible to only have installed extensions
displayed in that list? Basically what I want is as if I had search for
all extensions, I have installed.
