[TYPO3] revisit admpanel now showing problem

This isn't very helpful, but I can confirm that this problem has been
inconsistently popping up for me since at least version 3.5b5 and
happened as recently as Saturday.

I have no idea what causes it, and I've never been able to reproduce
it on sites where the admPanel already works (i.e. I don't know how to
trigger the bug).
