[TYPO3] paragraph tags not parsed in RTE

yeah, i was, that wasn't the problem - It turns out my typoscript
setup required that I have


plugin.tt_news.general_stdWrap.parseFunc.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.nonWrappedTag
=p

as a line, to make sure the p tags worked.
