[TYPO3] Direct Mail + Templavoila: Plain Text

Hi,

I'm having some trouble setting up my direct mail installation, specifically the plain text rendering. Consider me as somewhat novice using TYPO3.

I am following this instruction set:

The instructions state:
"First edit your TS-template for the newsletter"

Where exactly is this TS-template?! I can't seem to find it anywhere...
