[TYPO3] Can't find documentation for htmlareaRTE

The doc is indeed missing in version 1.4.3.

I had a problem recently when uploading a new version of an extension  
and the doc was not taken into account by the TER. I had to upload  
the extension a second. I suppose it's a bug, but I didn't have time  
to investigate. It is definitely not the first report of bizarrely  
missing doc.
