[TYPO3] paragraph tags not parsed in RTE

this solved it:

plugin.tt_news.general_stdWrap.parseFunc.nonTypoTagStdWrap.encapsLines.nonWrappedTag
=p

after I noticed the paragraphs were fine in regular text elements.
