[TYPO3] Several problems with Simulate Static Documents, esp. broken links

Dear mailing list,

I administrate a mid-sized website powered by TYPO3 3.6.2 with
approximately 800 visits each day.

I'm using the "Simulate Static Documents" feature which unfortunately
doesn't seem to get along well with other modules :(

First of all internal links (links to content elements on the same page)
created with the RTF-Editor (<LINK 123#456>Desc</LINK>) are rendered as
"www.xyz.com/#456" which, when clicked, always point to the root page.
This is obvious because the link should actually be
"www.xyz.com/pagename.html#456".

"To top of page" links generated by the CSS Styled Content module
(version 0.1.0) also point to the root page.

Last but not least are links of the indexed_search module (version
1.2.8) to search result pages also broken (again point to the root page).

The Simulate Static Documents feature is configured in the template as
follows:

--8<--snip-->8--

config {
    simulateStaticDocuments = 1
    simulateStaticDocuments_noTypeIfNoTitle = 1
    simulateStaticDocuments_pEnc=md5
    simulateStaticDocuments_pEnc_onlyP = cHash, L, print,
tx_ttnews[backPid], tx_ttnews[tt_news], tx_ttnews[pS], tx_ttnews[pL],
tx_ttnews[arc], tx_ttnews[cat], tx_ttnews[pointer], tx_ttnews[swords]
}

--8<--snip-->8--

Are these known bugs? Are fixes available?

Thanks for any help!

Sven Jacobs
