[TYPO3] Generating content using css-styled-content

Hello,
  I am generating my content using css-styled-content and I like the way how
it is doing it. But is there any way how to change generating of some part,
let say headers? Effectively to change the TS for the renderObj which
generates headers wraps etc.?
