[TYPO3] Direct Mail questions

I have some questions about Direct Mail:

When you sign up for a newsletter, the extension automatically sends you an e-mail. This e-mail is currently appearing with my hosts data (e.g. user at hostsite.com instead of user at mytypo3website.com). How can I control the headers of these e-mail messages?
Using templavoila to create Newsletters, how do you add the "Edit Profile", "Cancel Profile" links?
Using the directmail subscription extension, how do you control *where* new users are stored? Right now they are appearing in the same page where the extension component is presented!
