[TYPO3] Tidy up page source

Hi again,

Is it possible to instruct Typo3 to suppress generation of comments in
the html source? Typo3 generates a lot of comments that make the source
messy and the file larger.

Also can T3 suppress the named anchors when they are not linked to? And
can they be given meaningful names instead of numbers (the uid values I
think they are)?
