[TYPO3] tt_news record in non-default language

Hi,

I have web with three languages: slovak (default), english and german.

I am able to create news record in default language and create
localized versions.

It is possible create record only in english language (without
creation record in default language)?

Other thing:
If I copy news record in default language and paste it into new
parent, what about localized versions?
