[TYPO3] Call for problems: MySQL 5 in TYPO3

I have testing environment:
WinXP SP2
Apache 2.2.6
MySQL 5.0.45
TYPO3 4.0.8

Could not connect to website or login into the backend until set

sql_mode='MYSQL4'
