Hi Denis,

you have installed typo3 in a subdirectory called typo3, if you have to go 
to the following page to log in: 
http://www.mydomain.tld/typo3/typo3/index.php
In this case your base href-tag is correct.

If you log in under the following address, you have installed typo3 in the 
root of your server:
http://www.mydomain.tld/typo3/index.php.
In this case your base href has to be
http://www.mydomain.tld/
