[TYPO3] Workspace Publish Notification

I have been able to setup notifications for most changes (sending to 
review etc.), but can't figure out how to send a notification when the 
page is finally published.  Is there a way to trigger a message when the 
item gets published?  Ideally, I would like this message to go to the 
owners and the member who originally submitted the item.

A feature suggestion, is anyone working on a way to customize the 
notifications that get sent?
