[TYPO3] upgrade to 4.1.5 issues

PS: I am trying to run the db analyser and the db cleanup under the 
install tool and neither one will load. They just sit there requesting 
data but neither tool loads. Thay have loaded in the past. The database 
is large but not that large so I do not see why these two are having issues.
