[TYPO3] Internal Links open in new Window?

Hallo,
i've a problem with the internal links.
They have default the target 'page'.
I've tried to set 'PAGE_TARGET = _self' in the constants,
but that don't work. Maybe TemplaVoila restrict the change in the 
Constants?!?
Can anybody help me?
