[TYPO3] indexed search "indexing configuration"

Hello Bartozs,

If you click on the single page in page view with your right Mouse you see
the option new. Click new.
Than look for Indexer Configuration. In the list now presented.
That's it.

Can you tell me how can I add indexing configuration record to my page?
Manual tells

that it should be located under page with single view.
I click "create new records" and cant find this item under new record list.
Same situation is under storage folder.
I have installed indexed search and crawler.
Am I blind or made some stuppid mistake :)
