[TYPO3] how to add RTE editor in back-end user group ?

Dear list,

I have created a back-end user group as well as a back-end user based on
that group. Till now everything is working well.  Now how I add the RTE
editor in that group ? I also like to disable some features of that RTE.
How can I do this ?

Please enlighten me and thanks in adanced for the great community support.
