[TYPO3] TemplaVoila . UTF8 and Cache problem

Hi Rob,

thank you for your Help, okay i set it only to : SET NAMES utf8 as you 
wrotte. but i cannot test it because this will appear only sometimes. 
ill let you know if this problem appear again, Hope not. ;-)
