[TYPO3] no items in tt_news = no header. How can I realise that?

How can I suppress the header if there are no items in a listview in 
tt_news?

I've a page with 5 or 6 tt_news plugins. Each with his own categories to 
show.
But sometimes, there are no valid items for one or more plugins.
In that case I also don't want the element header,

Who can help me to achieve that?
