[TYPO3] same-name pages & multi domain on 1 t3 page tree

I have several websites (domains) under one t3 install. Some pages have the same name on each different domain/site. For example, d1.com/contact-us.html & d2.org/contact-us.html & d3.us/contact-us.html and others like privacy-policy.html, terms-of-use.html, etc.

For some reason, these pages work occasionally, usually when I empty the RealURL tables, but other than that they render a white page with no HTML. Any reasons why this may be happening?

Has anyone experienced this before? Thnx.
