[TYPO3] Removing the meta "generator" from header

Hey!

I also agree but the default should still be

TYPO3 CMS 4.X

btw... people can easily find out if they type in /typo3/ in most of the 
installations unless you either make the /typo3/ directory move to 
another server (through static export) or directory.
