[TYPO3] Removing the meta "generator" from header

Well, even if you remove it, it is very easy to say that it is TYPO3 just by looking at html. Regardless of optimizers, compressors, etc. So it is pointless. And you do bad work for typo3 with this. It is provided to you for free and you are expect to have some respect to the system.
