[TYPO3] RTEs strip <p> tags -- how can we disable this 'feature' ?

Not sure if this will fix tinymce, but this works for me:

RTE.default.proc{
  entryHTMLparser_db = 1
  entryHTMLparser_db{
    tags.p.fixAttrib>
}
