[TYPO3] CoolURI: Problems with Workspace static Preview Link

I had a look on the cooluri source codes and there's no urlencode that 
could cause this behaviour. So I'm not sure. Anyway, I think that 
urlencoding should be left up to typolink function and not inside the 
extension itself.
