[TYPO3] Can't get alwaysActivePIDlist to work

Well, what I'm trying to achieve is to display pageid 5 in the submenu 
nomatter which level I'm currently on.
Is there a way besides alwaysActidePIDlist to always show a pageid in a 
submenu?
