[TYPO3] can one change the text label for columns in BE ?

hey,

well... it /should/ work like that:

TCEFORM.tt_content.colPos.altLabels.0 = MAIN CONTENT

but then it only displays that label when you edit a content element. 
But in the page module it does not change. I think there is a bug report 
for that opened already:
