[TYPO3] How to insert a copy of tt_content (content element) in frontend using typoscript or php

i forgot to write that I have installed the ext: extdeveval and ahve 
looked at the functions in:
[hotel url]/typo3conf/ext/extdeveval/apidocs/tslib_content_api.html

I guess the function I need is in there somewhere.
