[TYPO3] plaintext newsletter with direct_mail

hi thorsten,

its quite strange, because if you copy the old newsletter texttype 99 
worksfine:
http://www1.e-9.ch/index.php?id=163&type=99

if you add a new site:
http://www1.e-9.ch/index.php?id=160&type=99

strange, but i said to users, they have to copy the old, and then it works 
fine-.--
But if you got an idea, why it is like that, let me know.
Additionaly, how do i switch off tidy?
