[TYPO3] Changing display-order of FCEs in "New Content Element" view

hello all,

i would like to know how i can change the display-order of flexible 
content elements in the "new content element" view.

by default they seem to be ordered by id. changing the order using the 
"list"-module did not have any effect on the display in the "new 
content"-view.

any ideas?
