[TYPO3] Problem to login in the backend

Search the newsgroup for "MYSQL 5".
You have to change your my.ini from
    sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
to
    sql-mode="MYSQL40"
