[TYPO3] RealURL on Windows using IIS ?

Hi!

One of the topics of the 4.1RC1 - announcement was
"Prerequisites to use RealURL with IIS (by Martin Kutschker)"
which sounds very interesting!

My question:
Are there any experiences / "best practices" / configuration-examples 
for running RealURL on IIS (Win 2003, IIS 6)?
