[TYPO3] mail in base64 encoding

Sorry for my mistake:
I have found the files t3lib/class.t3lib_htmlmail.php and
t3lib/class.t3lib_formmail.php
for the managing of the mail.
The first problem that I had is about qmail-scanner.
Now the text mail go right, but in the html mail I see the text mail and
html code, not
the render of html code.
I think that now my problem is in some set of php: it force my mail in
BASE64 encoding.
I'm looking for where the system do this force.
