[TYPO3] feuser allowed to post news

hi list,
im searching for an extension, that offers the following functions:
--> fe_user are allowed to insert new news
--> news are marked as invisible, and E-Mail Notification ist sent to
Administrator, who has to review the news
--> fe_users can use htmlarea_rte for inserting content, author name is
directly filled with fe_username, fe_user can attach a variety of images to
the article
