[TYPO3] 4.1.1 / 4.0.6: Updating to new versions and diff patches

You should have core installation in another place and only symlink it 
to actual installations. This way upgrade is the most simple:
- unpack new version
- replace one (!) symlink

All done.

This is how it looks like on our server:

/path1/typo3-4.1.0_src/
/path1/typo3_src -> /path1/typo3-4.1.0_src/

/webpath/web1/typo3 -> /path1/typo3_src/typo3
/webpath/web1/t3lib -> /path1/typo3_src/t3lib
...
/webpath/web2/typo3 -> /path1/typo3_src/typo3
/webpath/web2/t3lib -> /path1/typo3_src/t3lib
...

So I just change typo3_src symlink to new core and all sites are updated.
