[TYPO3] Draft Workspace: New pagecontent on subpage is notreferenced to subpage

Just to clarify this: It's _only_ normal for TemplaVoila based sites!
The out of the box behaviour with usual TS templating would place the
content element into the "normal" column and display it with
styles.content.get.
