[TYPO3] make realurl case insensitive?

Hi,

Typo3 3.8.1
realurl 1.0.0

I've tried to search for 'realurl and case' and other various 
combinations on the typo3-english list but got nothing back.

Page tree is like:

www.site.edu
    - Home

The url http://www.site.edu/home works fine but http://www.site.edu/Home 
does not (page not found).  Possible to make realurl case insensitive?
