[TYPO3] music publishers database!

Hi all,

My client wants a music database site similar in functionality to
http://www.sonyatv.com/en-uk/ where artists are searched for, then songs are
brought up by that artist, listing the songs, with lyrics viewable and a mp3
snippet to go with each song.

 

Is there an extension that could possibly cover this or would you recommend
just building a database app. as a third party application (sorry, not
advanced enough to build an extension as yet!)
