[TYPO3] Help Please

Hi

Can someone who has DirectMail or tc_directmail working
perfectly please export the tree structure to .t3d and
send it to me directly or reply to this with the export 
attached. The reason for this is that I've setup both of 
these plugins and they don’t work, so I'm in the process
of elimination to see if it’s my configuration or my server
which has a problem.
