[TYPO3] menu problem for my site

Hello,

Im trying to make a sort of live-blog about my daughter.
I thougt the most logical navigation was this :

I have divided everything in 3 categories :  zwangerschap, bevalling, 1e 
jaar.
Second level : the months.
Thirth level : everything was happen on that month.

Grafical :

Zwangerschap
----- februari
--------- 2e : zwanger ??
--------- 10e : appeltaart
------- maart.

and so on.

Do i have to make all the links in the template which i want to use for the 
site.
And if so, do i have to change the html-template every time i want to 
publisch another article ??
