[TYPO3] News Subheader font size

Hi

In the news EXT in the subheader box, when i enter text there, it comes up with a size 12 fontsize. I want it to be smaller. Can anyone give me some idea where I can change the size?

I see in the news dir, CSS dir a setup.txt file, but i see nothing there I can edit to change the subheader font size. Or am i totally in the wrong place?

Any help appreciated.
