[TYPO3] limited number of relations in database relations

Hello,

I'm doing a database relation mm in one of my extension. In the backend 
of typo3, after making a certain number of relation, an exclamation mark 
appears and I cannot save the page.
Since the relation in the database is done with integers I don't see any 
limitation regarding the database, so it might come from some parameters 
of Typo3. Has this ever happened to somebody ?
