[TYPO3] Extension Manager for Typo3 4.0

I also had the same problem when updating from 3.8 > 4.0.2 but it was fixed 
by what you previously stated....

"Go to your typo3temp filter and delete the files : extensions.bin and
extensions.xml.gz
that worked out ;-)"
