[TYPO3] lost "General options:" after upgrade to typo3 4.x

Hi,

I wonder where the "General options" fields are gone in content-elements 
and on pages, offering "Hide, Start, Stop, Access and Include Subpages"??
The icons in the pagetree still show some page beeing restricted for 
access to some fe-groups, but no chance to change it...

I recently upgraded to typo3 4.0.2 and found it gone... I'm sure it was 
me, who made a mistake, didn't I?
