what do you mean with that? to put the configuration as first block 
before the L-conditions as Dmitry said?
 >>> config.sys_language_uid = 0
 >>> config.language = de
 >>> config.locale_all = de_DE
I still wonder what to do with "config.sys_language_uid = " for the 
default language.. leave it unset or set up a corresponding sys_language 
record?
